Here is another pointless report on the stuff I am up to:
So usually when I buy a new PC its usually weeks/months since I first made the decision to buy a new one. But this time, it was pretty damn quick and compulsive (<24hrs) so now that I've bought parts and tried putting them together, as expected there's some shit that's doesn't work!
Here's what I bought so far: - Pentium Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4ghz! - DDR2 800 1GB x 1 - Motherboard - 630W Power Supply - Radeon X1600 Pro GPU - Cooler Master Case
Here are the issues I have to deal with: - Only 2 IDE connectors: my last one had 4, I need 3 (2 for HDDs, 1 for dvd-r/rw). - Was going to use my old awesome TV capturing card on the PCI bus but when I pulled it out of the old pc, I realised there were lots of random wires that went to the old motherboard, but nowhere to hook'em up on my new one, will it work!? - Not sure what to do for an OS. Windows XP? 64-bit XP? Vista Beta? - The motherboard didn't have any firewire connectors. hmm not like I need it but... - Should I format my old ATA harddrive full of programs/memories, or start afresh on a new, faster SATA harddrive just in case I ever need to revert to my old pc?
On another note, if you're bored check out www.ashflash.com! There's a new retro mario themed menu to check out...
This is one of the best games ever!! Tetris without the rotation... aka Ashtris haha
Post your scores! Mine is currently 1078
btw I just customized Mr. Paul Neave's (?) Tetris Source code. Only a 100% genius could make tetris with flash.... and this time it's not me. :P The idea of tetris without rotation isn't my idea anyways. sad.
Yes, it is me, but isn't this just beautiful? Although the majority of you will say NO... Actually, IT IS!
2 years of skateboarding, countless numbers of bails, and the moment where it all pays off! haha That beautiful moment captured and brought to all you readers out there....
Asato took this photo, and yes, he sucked. How many times did I do it so that he would get a good shot? Probably 10 times! But thanks A-MAN. Yes, it's a wonderful photo!
